I'm Bob Follett. I have been a REALTOR®
working in the Traverse City Real Estate business since 1974 in sales, brokerage and as an appraiser. Bob Follett
Real Estate Sales was established in 1983. I am a state certified appraiser, working with both residential and
commercial properties.
I have been involved in several development
projects in the area. This experience allows me to better assist you wtih your real estate purchase, site analysis,
project feasibility studies, or whatever real estate needs you may have.
I enjoy this industry and believe real estate

My children and grandchildren live and work
in the area, which increases my interest in the development of this region. My son Paul works in our appraisal
firm, and is a licensed appraiser in the State of Michigan. We do residential, commercial, and vacant land appraisals
in the five county Grand Traverse Area. We can meet just about any of your appraisal needs.
Having bought numerous properties for myself
and for a variety of partnerships, I am able to relate to buyers on all levels. . .the financial level of an investment
and the emotional level of a home buyer.
